Ride the single track, the roads, the track, and to the bar or grocery. I like climbing then descending, epic rides in the woods with my bros, the dynamic of a large road ride, the struggle of a race, the look I get from motorists and the bike culture in general. Have ridden is several countries and countless states.
Favorite trail ride: Any. I prefer all day rides with good company. The volcanoes of Guatemala, Pisgah, Bull Mountain, Conyers, 2001Jumps! (which hasn't existed since I was 13).
Favorite road ride: Pisgah and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Favorite Shot Block: Rasberry with caffeine.
Favorite recovery drink: chocolate milk and a cold beer.
Favorite mexican dish: #18 (never fails)
Favorite road jam: Rogue Wave, Stellastar, Clap Your Hands
Favorite trail jam: Secret Machines gives me flats. The Thermals make me fast - and give me flats.
Favorite post-ride jam: something chill and blue-collar. Magnolia Electric, Son Volt, Wilco, Lucero.
