There is a huge tree down on switchback 9-10-& 11. The whole system needs a haircut. Otherwise in great shape, until tonight. Does anyone know who built the morning side trails? Who maintains them? I am on a committee building the Lionel Hampton trails and are now in charge of any ITP trail (legal)
