Does Stone Mountain really not have bike racks?

Went riding today with my family, and we parked along the side of the mountain, with the plan to bike back to the main area and have lunch. We got there only to be told there was no place to park our bikes.

How is it a place that have half the mountain road blocked as one way to make room for a bike lane, doesn't have any bike parking? Or was I just misinformed?

Yes, there are racks. Someone was just confused. There is one at the hikeing trail to the top near the bathrooms. I think that there is one by the large wooded playground also. I go by too fast to tell.

there's definitely one next to the bathrooms at the bottom of the hiking trail up the mountain. dunno about anywhere else, that's the only place I stop.

I didn't realize Stone Mtn Park had a "main area". Where is that?

The place that within two years has gone from "slightly historical tourist trap" to "nothing but food tourist trap"

They (that area) have a billion parking spots...not a single bike rack...grrrr.

I honestly don't know where you're talking about. Well, okay, I kinda have an idea based on where I've vaguely noticed some construction over the past couple years, but I really didn't know there was even food available. I'm just hammering out a couple of loops and heading home. I stop by the bikes racks I mentioned to refill my water bottles, and that's it.
