Last Minute Team Lineup Change

I know the registration page says:

Once you have paid, there are no refunds for any cancellations, team member drop outs, or any other reason.

but, are we allowed to change team members last minute? I'm not saying add someone just change out someone.

yeah, you can change names

yeah, you can change names and all, just you get the slots you pay for are non-refundably paid for.
