I was pretty happy when ATL
I was pretty happy when ATL finally got included in google's transit maps. But there's a couple features where I still think that A-Train wins.
1) set your start/end locations by clicking on the map
2) pick a time that is not now (ie What MARTA route should I take at 8am tomorrow morning)
yup
a-train is still #1 in my book.
but A+ for google maps!
i don't like how a-train
i don't like how a-train can't find some addresses by typing them in. moving around the map is not the easiest. Also A-train's site doesn't resize very well on low res monitors (i.e. libraries and my work cashregister/PC)
google's street address form saving makes the google map version great!
You can pick the date and time
get directions > by public transit > show options
thanks!
thanks!
I like the way they have all
I like the way they have all the bus and train stops on the map and you can just click on them to see when the next one is coming. Actually I wish they had the whole schedule available since the schedules on MARTA's site and A-Train can be confusing when the route splits partway through.
