I just moved in to my new house in Grant Park! It's a lot more space than I need, so I'd like to rent out a room. Private bath and utilities included. I also have a living room/family room that's not furnished yet. This would be perfect for someone moving from a 1 bedroom apartment. I'm asking $650. Move in between now and September. Female, non-smoking preferred but not absolutely req'd.
Only thing is that I don't have a stove yet. (I will have a grill, microwave, and toaster oven.) I'm having gas put in, but it'll take the city 2-3 weeks to have that done. I'll reduce the rent until then.
