A doctor (a freaking doctor) pulls around and in front of 2 cyclist going down a hill and slams on the brakes causing a horrible accident on purpose. He is suspected in other similar incidents, purposely causing accidents. The cyclists are hospitalized. I truly hope lawyers are in a feeding frenzy.
