Partly sunny with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, and a 100 percent chance of margaritas and enchiladas.
But seriously. If it's raining I probably won't go, but we'll see! It's quite likely I'll be there wearing sunscreen and a silly hat, and sitting outside.
EDIT: it is nice out, and I will be there, but given the number of people that signed up I may be a few minutes late getting there and may not stay for hours and hours.
