Thanks for the invite guys, I had an awesome time. I think I should do a little more riding before putting out those kinds of efforts!
I met a ton of cool people. Went way over my aerobic limit, and yakked EVERY TIME I got off the bike. Actually you guys suck for talking me into that.
No brakes guys have a cool thing going, Faster mustache, ya'll did a bang up job, and I'll be down for the next one...Im gonna go train now....LOL.

seriously, I feel like i just did a hundred power squats with a hummer on my back. my legs felt way better after 55 miles of Bull Mountain trails. whats the deal with that?
