Commute 42 miles (by bicycle!) to work

I rode Stone Mtn park to Buckhead 2-3 days a week for several years. Almost always on fridays just because it was faster than driving. its right around 40-45 miles each way depending on the route.

Oh, also Dave Brudrick has been riding from tucker to the capitol for years. If you dont know who he is, he's one of the most incredible ultra cyclists out there. He was riding 1200k's before people in the US had even heard of a brevet.

I haven't watched the video so I don't know if this meant 42 miles round-trip or 42 miles one-way, but Stephen commutes about 40 miles a day (round-trip) a few times a week.

I work in the bike department at Sun & Ski Sports and a guy came in and bought a Masi 3VC Volumetrica for a 32 mile each way commute. Right now, I am doing about 10-15 depending on my route on a fixie
