Critical Mass Car Crash?

I heard that a drunk driver ran into a few bikers towards the end of Critical Mass last Friday - can anyone confirm/deny?

for anyone hit by a Toyota--saw one guy carrying his bike, but it did not appear to be injured.

This is possibly referring to me. Just to clarify the driver wasn't drunk and no one was injured and no bike was damaged.

I've been trying to decide whether to post about this here, but since I'm not really pursuing anything legal, I guess it's okay. I'll post in a separate thread in a minute.
