fixing a bent fork

question. old raleigh steel fork is bent. is noticeable. looks like it was run into something head on and bent where the steerer tube meets the top of the forks. can the fork be bent back and if so how or who can do it. It is a 3 speed so I just need it to be safe while riding around town. thanks

Just buy another old fork like that at a bike shop for like $10. Even if you bent it back it would not likely ride right.

about this time last year, i was at a show at the drunken unicorn. came out, and somebody had hit my front wheel head on with their car. bent the fork completely beyond repair. you can get new forks cheap, just make sure that it's the same size.
