If this had happened in the US the driver would have been... ah... he would have been...you know, like that girl who killed a cyclist with her SUV in Florida because she was on that important call on her cell phone...ah...

What happened in that case again?

If you want to kill a cyclist in the US, just make you have no witnesses, then just say "he swerved in front of me!" Case closed.

Killing by vehicle = America's favorite pastime. grrrr...
