FM moves to a new server. Again.

So FM is on the shiny new web server with some other sites now (8 Xeon cores, 8GB RAM, 15kRPM SAS RAID, etc), and given that it hasn't been moved in a long time there may be a few problems. The only one I know of is that OpenID login doesn't work. I'll see if I can get this working later today. Please post here if you see anything else wrong!
