Meet at Emory University @ 6:15 PM (in front of Woodruff P.E. Center across from Peavine parking deck) OR Outback Bikes in L5P @ 6:30-45PM!!
What: <20 mile ride with average pace from 13-16 mph (social pace)!!
NOTES FROM LAST WEEK: It WILL be cold, VERY COLD! Although the daytime temp is mild, we are learning that it is still very chilly at night--BE PREPARED! Lights (front & rear red flasher) are a MUST!! Not only do they allow cars to see you, but they allow you to see the roads, which in many cases are NOT well lit!
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ROUTE!!! Remember that we are riding during rush hour. E-mail me route, so I can print cue sheets for everyone (mapatte@emory.edu.)
Please wear a helmet, too! [Why? The ride is a scheduled practice/workout for the Emory Cycling & Triathlon club. Our sponsor has requested this so that himself, the club, and I remain in good standing with Emory University. Thank you!]
