Can anyone (specifically the panda) confirm that these are brake bosses on the top tube of the 2008 Fuji Track?

Seems like the Fuji is going the way of the Langster and may not be what I want in a track bike.

FRAMESET: Elios 2 custom butted Cro-Moly with track dropout, drilled bridge for rear brake *NOTE* Due to spec change, pictured brake cable stops ARE NOT on the final product.
