Light interference with wireless computer

IndyFan's picture

Anyone know why when using my LED/HID light, a Nite Ride Cylcone, it screws up the functions on my TREK wireless computer (except the clock)? Does the CE chip that regulates the light's voltage cause this? I'll probably replace the computer with a wired system since I plan to do some audax riding next year. But I don't care for the look of wires running around everywhere.

Know problem

I have seen multiple posts on Bike Forums about interference problems between HIDs and wireless computers. I would suggest looking there to see if anyone has an solutions.
