Note: double duty craziness

To my dear friends:

If I ever again decide it's a good idea to both race AND play music at the same event, especially a 24-hour urban relay, point me to this post and then do whatever it takes to keep me from making this grave mistake a second time. I am NEVER doing this again. Don't get me wrong, the music will be awesome. But I get the feeling I won't be riding bikes much. :-(
