Movie: Boys of Summer

Oh man, I hope you didn't really drink from that lake. I remember when APD found a body floating in it (I am assuming it is Lake Clara Meer).

Overall I like the film. A quick tint adjustment (bump up the reds and a little on the green on the sunny shots and bump the blues on the evening shots) in post would help convey the heat/coolness in the film better IMHO.

As always, excellent subject material and excellent execution.

I would have liked to see some close up shots of the watermelon eating, juice running down the chin, ect and I felt that the scenes where they looked back just at the right moment in the song was a little forced.

once again great job. this one really teetered on the edge of comfortable. nothing that screamed HOMO but at the same time a little uncomfortable. and if I did happen to get aroused while watching this I would be spending a lot more time at my therapist. well done.

for all the great feedback. on this one, i completed a challenge. the challenge was to make it tight. i had an hour of footage from a bunch of different scenes, but i had to cut a lot of them because it would have gone too long. i sacrificed playing the whole song and showing all those deleted scenes so that the movie wouldn't get too boring and long. that's a huge accomplishment for me.
