Gallery upgrade

I updated Gallery to 2.2-RC1 from a svn version from a few months ago (thats why it was gone for a bit). It seems to work fine now, let me know if there are issues.

In related news, I upgraded ckdake.com to Drupal 5.1 from Drupal 4.7 and that seems to have gone pretty smoothly as well. I'll play with it for another week or two there and then perhaps FM will make the step..
