I don't know the particulars of where the registration desk will be (indoors or out), but the forecast for Saturday night is a low of 34 and light winds. Aside from people being cold riding or standing around, the only other problem I see is that the dew can be pretty heavy on cold calm nights. A freestanding canopy shelter/or big-ass tent should provide enough shelter for the registration desk.

it turns out i already loaned out the canopy to some other cause back in june! luckily, i have tracked down its location and I should be able to get it back tonight.

Keep in mind we will likely have to move the whole thing indoors after Johnny's closes so be prepared to take it down. I still only have one leg so my help will be crappy.
