Is this too nerdy a topic? But I'd be willing to run a 24-hr start-to-the-very-end-no-more-units-standing RISK board game or something similar, since we're all going to be together anyways, no reason to not!

has anyone thought about

the possibility of dealing with a band could be just one stress induced straw to add to peoples backs, not my back really, but then again if i were looking for a corner to take a nap in or chill down i'd get really pissed if i had to go hang out in the bushes at two in the morning while the third experimental dj is just warming up, or maybe everybody loves dance parties and i just need to jump on this bandwagon, just saying that it could be a big opportunity for people to start screaming when they want to not be outside in the cold ass morning but having to put up with a band you might hate, i always just feel like i'm being forced to listen to a band that i don't like when someone goes it's going to be a blah blah blah blah bike race blah blah blah with some band that you have to sit through because you don't have the energy to leave.

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know how bands and dj's will workout, when and where? I'm thinking if we put the bands outside, then they'll have to play before quiet hours and so maybe Saturday evening will be the best time? Maybe around 8?

PS. Skip: sorry you and Justin were harrassed by my mother today, when she was like, "You ride bikes! Do you know my daughter?" She's a bit overly friendly sometimes.

I don't think that KC plays

I don't think that KC plays together anymore.... Carrol is a good friend of mine and just got back from Nova scotia... (girl in picutre) Ben Lawless kept KC going after the band members dispersed... also Russell owens (also played in the band) broke his arm in a car accident about a month ago and went back to NC.

you can contact ben Lawless though my space and see what he says... he also has plans to be in NY soon with his girlfriend, so it even if they are back together there might be a scedule conflict.

it's worth asking.
