Need software intraweb genius

I need help with some software design.

3-4 computers will be sending data to a single database on a server.
That data will need to be viewable from a page in real time on the site.
I need help with the middleware between the scanners and the database and designing the page. I think I can build the database, but DB folks are welcome to help.

yes, this is related to the lap tracking system.
